As you probably know by now, the lab report results were released today and I just wanted to email you guys to say that I am extremely happy with my result of 86% – the first HD I have ever gotten for a lab report! Maybe not so coincidentally, also the first time I used your services.
I’m beyond grateful for all your help with this assignment. After some not-so-great results for a lab report last trimester I felt quite discouraged before I found out about Gray Matters. I had also had a poor experience with a past tutor for psychology so I was hesitant at first, but you guys made me feel very comfortable through the process. I’m so pleased with the amazing support I was provided.
Thank you once again for helping my confidence and writing skills, and I will definitely be back next trimester to book some sessions.
My first session was fantastic, and I feel like that’s an understatement! I not only came out with clear actionable steps to get me going on my first assessment, but also felt really supported in other things we discussed such as time management and general career stuff. It was absolutely empowering, and I never felt silly when I didn’t know, or remember things I thought I should. A fantastic service and the study support professionals are so helpful. It has been SO great to receive excellent, constructive feedback on assignments and to be challenged to push myself. Moreover, the stress relief I have experienced from just chatting about my assignments really takes the edge of University stress. Honestly, this service is fantastic. I have no complaints. I highly recommend your study service – Renae has been amazingly helpful in helping with getting me a booking and bookings going forward. I also (her name has slipped my mind at this very moment) but super enjoyed working with my tutor and was found her extremely helpful.
The whole team is supportive. From the process of booking a session and submitting the assessment paperwork (i.e., rubric, assessment draft), right through to the session itself. My experience has been positive. I have used the 1-hour sessions and find that to be enough time to go through the assessment and ask questions. They have allocated staff for specific subjects according to their level of expertise of and/or interest. Thank you again team for your support and encouragement throughout the trimester.
I just want to take this time to thank you [Renae] and Atticus for all your help over the semester. I’ve been at uni for 4 years now, and this is the first time I have finished a semester with straight D’s and HD’s, which I am incredibly proud of.
Thank you for your patience with my last minute book-in’s and reaching out to you on Sunday nights. Despite whether it’s in your contract or not, you’ve been incredibly helpful when I’m sure sometimes it’s been difficult to oversee so many students and tutors, and attend to everyone’s needs. Can you please pass on my thanks to Atticus. Having someone understand your needs from a Deakin perspective and an ADHD perspective has been invaluable to me.
